I’m Vendrick, and I’m so excited to be part of the team as a People Resource Coach here at CONNECT Saanich Peninsula.

My career has always been rooted in Talent Acquisition and there's nothing I love more than connecting with people, forging great relationships and network, and helping candidates find their ideal roles.

In my role, I get to blend that deep passion for recruitment with hands-on coaching, supporting our people every step of the way as they grow and thrive.

Outside of work, I'm a devoted husband and proud dad to a wonderful 10-year-old daughter. You’ll also quickly learn that I’m a big-time music lover, especially, rock/hard rock. Whether I’m playing music or attending concerts, music is always running in the background of my life.
