Loop the Lake 2025: Life Redesign in Motion
On September 9, 2025, CONNECT Lake Country hosted its annual Loop the Lake event under clear skies and warm sunshine. People we support, coaches, and staff came together for an 18-kilometer relay filled with teamwork, laughter, and determination. From cycling and canoeing to adaptive biking and walking, everyone played a part in showing what the Life Redesign Plan looks like in motion.
